Through our Helping Hands program, we oversee critical repairs and aging in place modifications for homeowners in Johnson County. Examples of projects include, but are not limited to, ramp construction, roof repair, and modest interior renovations. We will consider exterior work on mobile homes, but not interior work. Cost of ServiceIVHFH works to keep projects affordable. If grant money is available, Habitat will dedicate available funds to reduce the cost of the project. IVHFH will also offer a zero-interest loan to reduce the financial burden on the homeowner.
