JCLC Falls Prevention, Health & Resource Fair 2019

 

All are welcome!  Free. Handicap-accessible.

To help Johnson County become a more livable community where everyone can age successfully, this senior-focused resource fair brings together more than 45 area businesses and organizations with services for seniors. The event pivots around Falls Prevention Awareness Month, health, and community resources.

  • Senior fitness screenings
  • Hepatitis C testing
  • Flu shots – bring your insurance card
  • Osteoporosis screening
  • Medication education by a pharmacist – bring a list of your current medications
  • Light refreshments
